Skid Row postpone final four UK tour dates due to illness
Skid Row have postponed their remaining UK tour dates on ‘doctor’s orders’.
The New Jersey metallers have released a statement this afternoon saying that ‘due to illness to members of the band’ they won’t be going ahead with tonight’s show at Norwich Waterfront and their upcoming gigs at Bristol O2 Academy, Brighton Concorde 2 and Nottingham Rock City.
They also confirmed that all VIP package will be refunded, while fans with standard tickets can either hold onto them for the rescheduled dates or claim a refund.
Skid Row said of the postponement: “We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. These are doctors orders so the circumstances are out of our control.
“Thank you all for your understanding. This has been such an amazing tour and we intend on seeing it through. #f***theflu #seeyousoon”
The band’s sprawling UK & Ireland tour opened in Dublin on 3rd March and has taken in shows in Belfast, Glasgow, Inverness, Newcastle, Sheffield, London, Hull, Manchester, Cardiff, Liverpool and Coventry.
The postponed shows are as follows:
