Singer Sues

Axl Rose may lose his lawsuit against the makers of Guitar Hero Three.

The singer is suing the makers of the popular computer game after he says they unlawfully used images of Slash in the ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ section.

Axl claims he only gave them permission to use the song as long as Slash was left out of it. The Hollywood Reporter states Axl faces several legal obstacles in his case, not least the fact that the game came out in 2007 and he only filed his lawsuit in 2010.
