Santana, King Guest On Buddy Guy Record

Santana and BB King are amongst the guests on the new record by veteran blues guitarist Buddy Guy.

Guy releases Living Proof on 25 October and the album will feature contributions from fellow blues legend BB King, who plays on the album’s first single ‘Stay Around A Little Longer.’

Santana also pops up on the album, contributing to the song ‘Where The Blues Begin.’

Asked what he considers himself Living Proof of, Buddy Guy says. "Do you know how many guys I started out with who just threw up both hands and quit? My first wife said to me, 'It's me or the guitar,' and I picked up my guitar and left. We still laugh about that. But I'm still picking away at it, I don't know nothing else."
