Keith Richards lets slip potential plans

In an interview with The Sun Richards revealed that the band were talking about doing something in 2012 to mark their 50th anniversary.

He revealed "there's something in the wind" to mark 50 years since their first gig - in London on July 12, 1962.

Keith said: "The idea is there. We kind of know we should do it, but nobody's put their finger on the moment yet."

In the interview he revealed that he had recently met up with Mick Jagger to talk about future plans. Currently both men are working on side projects (Keith on an X-Pensive Winos record and Mick on a project entitled Super Heavy with a collective of renowned musicians).
