Ratt To Return In 2012
Frontman reveals band plan to return next year
Frontman Stephen Pearcy is currently prepping a brand new solo album entitled Sucker Punch (released later this year), but he has revealed that Ratt will be back next year with at least a new tour and perhaps a new record.
On his Facebook page Pearcy said, "'Sucker Punch' should be completed (in) September, and ready for a release date - to be announced. Then it's all Ratt muzik. The band is starting to discuss who, what, where, and when. All positive either way for you Ratt n' Rollers! 2012."
The record will be the follow up to 2010's Infestation, which was remarkably well received, landing in the top 40 of the US album charts upon its release.
However, internal strife had seemingly put the future of the band in doubt, and they had been on indefinite hiatus for the past 12 months.
