Rammstein unveil cosmetically enhanced new looks in 'Zick Zack' video
Gloriously silly stuff from the band
Last updated 8th Apr 2022
Rammstein have premiered their gloriously daft music video for their new single ‘Zick Zack.’
The second track to be lifted from Rammstein’s eighth studio album 'Zeit', ‘Zick Zack’ takes aim at the plastic surgery industry with lines (translated from German) like: “We quickly delete two ribs / In the cheeks, in the forehead / Botox just into your brain.”
The chorus goes: "Snip-snip, snip-snip, cut that off / Tick-tock, tick-tock, you're getting old / Your time is running out slowly."
In keeping with these lyrical themes, the ‘Zick Zack’ video sees Rammstein undergo dramatic transformations with frontman Till Lindemann and guitarist Richard Kruspe looking particularly radiant.
Unfortunately for Till, his plastic surgery goes dramatically wrong midway through the video, and he’s forced to use drastic measures to hold his face together.

Even when they played smaller stages, this did little to quell Rammstein's insatiable appetite for fire. Here's a shirtless Till Lindemann swinging two Catherine wheel-like fireworks at the Palace in Los Angeles in 1998.
