Quo Back To The Forest

Status Quo have announced that they are to play a live show in a forest this summer.

The band are to return to the Westonbirt Arboretum as part of the Forestry Commission Live Music project.

Quo played a series of forest gigs in 2009 to great success and are keen to repeat the feat this year.

Francis Rossi says "We like to play the forests each year so we are pleased to announce Westonbirt is part of our plans for the summer, especially as we had a great time performing to a capacity crowd last time we were there”.

Tickets for the West Country gig go on sale on Friday at 9am.
