Queens Of The Stone Age Resume Recording
They took the summer off from album 6
The long-gestating album will be their first since 2007's Era Vulgaris and the recording process has been pretty drawn out. Josh Homme announced in early 2011 that it would be finished by the end of the year, but sessions were delayed until November and then spread over a few months before the band took the summer off.
However, they've now returned to the studio and posted a simple message on their Facebook page which said "Recording" accompanied by a photo of what looks like Homme's guitar and pick.
