Poison Sued Over Song Theft

Band want Poison to stop playing four songs they claim are theirs

Classic Rock Magazine reports that two former members of Chicago band Kid Rocker are suing over four songs which they claim C.C. DeVille heard when he auditioned for them in 1984, prior to him joining Poison.

They claim that the songs 'Talk Dirty To Me', 'I Won't Forget You', 'Fallen Angel', and 'Ride The Wind' are based on songs that DeVille would have heard before he joined the 'Look What The Cat Dragged In' hair metallers.

Kid Rocker's Billy McCarthy and James Stonich are apparently not chasing monetary compensation, only that the band agree to stop playing the songs live.
