Released on Friday 31st August through Warner Music, the 'Unattended Luggage' limited-edition box sets contain Nick’s 1981 solo album ‘Nick Mason's Fictitious Sports’ together with two albums he recorded with 10cc guitarist Rick Fenn; 1985’s ‘Profiles’ and their 1987 soundtrack album ‘White of the Eye’.

Nick comments: "These recordings hold a very special place for me in my musical life. 'Fictitious Sports' developed initially from working with Mike Mantler, Carla Bley and Robert Wyatt on a couple of their projects, and benefited enormously from a whole crew of great musicians that I was introduced to by them at Grog Kill Studios in Woodstock.

“'Profiles' and 'White of the Eye' were an extension of working with Rick Fenn on some advertising and short documentary film soundtracks, which then developed into something more.

“Listening back after 30 odd years, I'm delighted they are getting the reissue treatment. I’m rather hoping that sales will be sufficient to damage the market in the original rare vinyl versions!”

‘Unattended Luggage’ will be available in both CD and vinyl three LP boxsets, which you can pre-order right here. The individual albums will also all be available as a download and through streaming platforms.

Following their triumphant debut shows in London, Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets are heading out on a six-date tour this autumn.

Nick Mason’s first live musical tour since Pink Floyd's Division Bell Tour in 1994 will see him open in mainland Europe and culminate with shows in Portsmouth, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Nottingham this September.

Just like the inaugural gig at Camden Dingwalls and the trio of shows at The Half Moon in Putney, the band consisting of Nick alongside Gary Kemp, Guy Pratt, Lee Harris and Dom Beken will solely be performing early Pink Floyd material.

Tickets are on sale from Planet Rock Tickets right now.
