Pink Floyd House Up For Sale

The original band members all live at Highgate property

The property, in Stanhope Gardens, Highgate, is listed at Savills auction house at a price of £1.2m. According to the auction house the property is largely unchanged since Floyd frequented it in the 60s.

Owned by lighting technician Mike Leonard, Roger Waters, Nick Mason, Syd Barrett and Richard Wright all lived at the property at some point when they were students - although there was never a time when all four lived there together.

However, the property played a pivotal role in the band's history and at one point they were even named Leonard's Lodgers.

Features of the property apparently include musical instruments in the loft, a built-in speaker system, revolving lights, mirrored walls and an 80ft (24m) garden.

If you're in the market for an expensive new house then you can bid on the property tomorrow at Savills or online HERE
