Lifted from Phil Campbell’s upcoming debut solo album ‘Old Lions Still Roar’, ‘These Old Boots’ features ex-Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider on vocals, Mötley Crüe Mick Mars on guitar and ex-Slipknot star Chris Fehn on drums, alongside Phil who is on guitar and bass duties.

Created by Ashley Miles of Hot Frog Animations, you can watch the humorous animated video right here:

Released on Friday 25th October via Nuclear Blast Records, ‘Old Lions Still Roar’ also features guest spots from Judas Priest’s Rob Halford, Alice Cooper, Joe Satriani, Orange Goblin’s Ben Ward and Ugly Kid Joe singer Whitfield Crane.

Phil says of the record: "I'm really happy to release my first solo album, ‘Old Lions Still Roar’, worldwide. I'm also honoured to have mega talented guests and friends do their thing. Looking forward to everyone taking a listen!"

The ‘Old Lions Still Roar’ album cover looks like this:

Phil released his critically acclaimed album ‘The Age of Absurdity’ with Phil Campbell & the Bastard Sons in early 2018 and they embark a fresh headline UK tour this autumn.

He says of the 10-date trek: “We are looking forward heading back out across the UK at the end of the year to play some new places and some of our regular favourites. We’ll be playing a mixture of songs off ‘The Age of Absurdity’, Motörhead classics and maybe even a song or 2 off my upcoming solo album.”
