Paul Rodgers Joins Rock Meets Classic Tour
The former Free man will tour with an orchestra next year
The 2013 Rock Meets Classic tour has already signed up former Journey frontman Steve Augeri and Chris Thompson of Manfred Manns’ Earth Band on the tour’s fourth run, with more artists to be announced in the next few weeks.
The Rock Meets Classic Tour sees a group of classic rock artists hit the road with a full rock band and orchestra, performing their own hits and covers along the way.
Previous years have seen the likes of Ian Gillan from Deep Purple, Steve Lukather of Toto and Lou Gramm of Foreigner take part.
