Pat Benatar Pens Memoirs

There must be something in the air at the moment, as another rock star has revealed their intention to tell their life story in book form – this time it’s the turn of Pat Benatar.

The tell all tome is released on 15 July in the UK and will see Benatar talking about her success in the 80s, being the premiere female of the MTV generation, working with her husband and how she avoided the trappings of stardom.

Benatar is the latest rock star to reveal their autobiography details – Clapton, Ozzy and Slash have all released books in the past two years, and Steve Tyler, Keith Richards and Tony Iommi all have books due towards the end of the year.
