Ozzy Imagines He's Lennon

Ozzy Osbourne has released a brand new single to raise money for Amnesty International and to commemorate the 70th birthday of John Lennon.

The former Sabbath frontman is a huge fan of the respective works of the Beatles and so he was asked to record a version of ‘How?’ from Lennon’s classic Imagine album.

Ozzy told the BBC, "The world stopped for me when Sharon told me that John Lennon had been shot in New York. I can't even describe how I felt. If he was a politician, a soldier, anything else, it would be, 'Oh yeah, well he is in that kind of business,' but the amount of joy and hope that he gave people was just remarkable."

The song is out now on iTunes and all proceeds go to Amnesty International.
