Onward And Upward Without Ward?
Black Sabbath's Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler say they're ready to move on with their upcoming reunion album and tour without drummer Bill Ward.
The three have made the decision in response to a message Bill put out saying that he wouldn't participate in the band's reunion activities unless he's offered a so called "signable contract."Â
Black Sabbath's upcoming tour's scheduled to start in May, in Moscow, and will stop off a month later at the Download Festival.Â
The full statement reads: "We were saddened to hear yesterday via Facebook that Bill declined publicly to participate in our current Black Sabbath plans...we have no choice but to continue recording without him although our door is always open... We are still in the UK with Tony. Writing and recording the new album and on a roll... See you at Download!!!
