The Queen Extravaganza will be on tour in the US this summer
As far as we can tell, the Queen Extravaganza is the first tribute act to have been put together by the band that they are paying tribute to.
In this case, Roger Taylor spent three months putting together a touring act that will properly represent Queen on the road.
The Queen Extravaganza touring band includes four vocalists and five musicians (two guitars, bass, drums and keyboards), who were hired after an intensive 12-week online audition search and Roger Taylor is taking on the role of producer and music director for the tour, with word that guitarist Brian May will be involved at some point.
