Nick Mason Wants One More Floyd Show
Drummer reveals he is hoping for one last performance with prog legends
Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason has revealed that he wants the surviving members of the band to have one last hurrah.
In an interview with Sky News Mason revealed that he wants the band to play one last, special show.
"We played Live 8 which is hopefully a template for something we could do again.
"It might almost be better if we really kept it as something to be used for good. I think that would be a rather nice way to finish the Pink Floyd existence... just doing a show for the right reasons."
Mason also revealed that he would like the band to perform an acoustic, unplugged set to go back to basics for a unique show.
Mason has just released brand new book, Passion For Speed, a book about his favourite cars which he has co-written with test-driver Mark Hales.
