Neil Young's Bridge School Concerts Compiled

A 25th Anniversary release contains unreleased tracks from Metallica, The Who & Springsteen

Ultimate Classic Rock reports that the collection will be released as 2CD and 3DVD sets, with the discs containing live performances from some of the artists that have appeared at Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit Concerts in the past 25 years.

There are live acoustic performances from the likes of Metallica (performing 'Disposable Heroes'), Pearl Jam (doing 'Better Man') and The Who ('Won't Get Fooled Again').

Based in Hillsborough, Calif., the Bridge School helps severely disabled children, especially those with severe speech and physical impairments, enabling them to creatively communicate with others. All the profits from this two-CD/three-DVD release go directly to the Bridge School, clearly benefiting kids with desperate needs.

Unfortunately there's no official release date for the UK just yet
