Myles Kennedy taps into his acting skills in 'Say What You Will' music video - watch
The first taster of his new album 'The Art of Letting Go'
Myles Kennedy, who was recently voted the fifth Greatest Rock Singer of All Time by Planet Rock listeners, has announced details of his third solo album ‘The Art of Letting Go.’
Released on Friday 11th October 2024 via Napalm Records, ‘The Art of Letting Go’ follows Myles Kennedy’s intensely personal 2018 debut ‘Year of the Tiger’ and 2021’s ‘The Ides of March.’
The Alter Bridge and Slash ft. Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators frontman has once again joined forces with his power trio of drummer Zia Uddin and bassist Tim Tournier on the 10-track record.
As a taster for the album, Kennedy has premiered the lead single ‘Say What You Will’ and its music video directed by Gordy De St Jeor.
Harking back to MTV’s glory days, the video tells the story of a bullied and timid student who breaks out of her shell with the help of a teacher, lunch person, and janitor portrayed by Kennedy, Uddin, and Tournier in the school talent show.

Supporting the release of ‘The Art of Letting Go’, Myles Kennedy will embark on a newly announced tour of mainland Europe throughout October and November with alternating support from Black River Delta and Cardinal Black.
The tour includes Kennedy’s previously confirmed UK tour with special guest Devin Townsend. Kennedy and co. will also play new shows at Dublin Academy on Thursday 5th December and Belfast Limelight on Friday 6th December.
