Muse unveiled as the first Reading & Leeds Festival 2017 headliner
Muse have been confirmed as first big name headliner of Reading & Leeds Festival 2017.
The Teignmouth trio’s headline set at the dual hosted event will be a UK Festival exclusive. It’s their third headline slot at Reading & Leeds following their 2006 and 2011 performances.
Muse said: "We’re very excited to be playing Reading and Leeds again. More news about our plans for 2017 coming in the new year."
Reading & Leeds head honcho Melvin Benn added: “I’m thrilled to be able to announce Muse as the first headliner for Reading and Leeds 2017. Their incredible live show promises to be an unforgettable performance - we have so much more to announce and I can’t wait to reveal the rest of the line up.”
Also confirmed across the weekend from across the music spectrum are At The Drive-In, Architects, Against The Current, While She Sleeps, Major Lazer, Bastille, Tory Lanez, Glass Animals, Andy C and Danny Brown.
