Muse To Play Olympic Closer?

The band are being strongly tipped to appear at the Olympic closing ceremony on Sunday along with a number of other pop and musical stars from the past few decades.

They are expected to play their Olympic single 'Survival', but the line-up of artists performing has not yet been confirmed by the organisers.

There is some speculation that Kate Bush may make an unexpected appearance at the event after the tracklist for a snappily named official compilation called 'A Symphony Of British Music: Music For The Closing Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games' appeared on Amazon very briefly yesterday.

The Who are also expected to perform.
