Motley Crue Fans Scammed In Jakarta
1500 fans bought tickets to a concert that didn\'t exist
Bravewords reports that despite Mötley Crüe distancing themselves from a concert that was being organised in Indonesia, several hundred fans were unaware that tickets they bought to a concert at the Pantai Karnival in Jakarta on 8 October were entirely fake.
Around 1500 fans apparently paid out around $39 each for tickets to the band's supposed first ever concert in the country, but after a member of the audience contacted the band via Twitter, the scam was rumbled.
