Metallica share official video of rain-lashed 'Master of Puppets' performance in Munich
Their first concert of 2024
One week on from their rain-lashed concert in Munich, Metallica have shared an official video of their ‘Master of Puppets’ performance.
The first 2024 show of Metallica’s M72 World Tour at Munich Olympiastadion last Friday (24th May) was hit by a biblical thunderstorm.
As they launched into set-closer ‘Master of Puppets’, lightning flashes erupted over the Olympiastadion and rain pummelled James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo and the 70,000-strong crowd.
