Forever 21 removes \"Flipper\" T-shirt from sale after fan protest
Rolling Stone reports that Cobain hand-drew the t-shirt with a Sharpie in 1992, and wore it during a Saturday Night Live performance (which you can watch below).
Forever 21 were selling copies of the T-shirt without crediting Cobain for the design and they quickly found themselves at the end of a backlash from fans and fashion critics.
The item was quickly pulled from their website following the criticism.
