It's released this summer
Last updated 26th Mar 2020
Some great news to kick-start the week in style - Lancaster rock bastions Massive Wagons have unveiled full details of their fifth studio album ‘House of Noise’.
The follow-up to summer 2018’s Top 20 album ‘Full Nelson’, ‘House of Noise’ boasts 12 all-new tracks and it will be released on Friday 17th July 2020 via Earache Records.
Massive Wagons recorded ‘House of Noise’ with producers Colin Richardson and Chris Clancy, and they’re planning to hit the road in support of the album later this year.
‘House of Noise’ is preceded by the single ‘In It Together’, which has been a firm live favourite for the past year, however the upbeat tune and positive message of togetherness takes on extra gravitas in these highly turbulent times.
‘In It Together’ is on heavy rotation on Planet Rock’s airwaves from today (23rd March) and we will be bringing you the video later this week.

Enthusing about ‘House of Noise’, Massive Wagons frontman Baz Mills says: “I’ve always said that you cannot lie to your fans because they can smell an impostor a mile away, I couldn’t do what I do knowing I’m feeding people bullshit, your songs, your stage show, interviews, ours are all 100% us, I’m 100% me and when I say this album is our best yet then I totally mean it!
"'House of Noise' is absolutely our best song writing yet, it feels like 10 years in the making and through being signed with Earache we were able to record it at a dream studio with two of the best producers in the biz, Mr Chris Clancy and Mr Colin Richardson.
"These guys took our songs, our ideas and abilities and collectively we managed to capture the best sounds we have ever recorded, we could not be happier with the outcome, it’s been an absolute dream recording this album, and we cannot wait to give it to rockers and rollers all over the world.”

‘House of Noise’ is available to pre-order in a variety of packages from Massive Wagons’ official store right now.
Explaining why they’ve put it on sale now, Massive Wagons said: “We are in unprecedented times due to the virus which has decimated touring/festival income for musicians. The band & label discussed postponing the pre-orders for this album but after much deliberation we decided to go ahead with it. Times are hard and scary right now. We want to do all we know how to do... that’s bring music to people... everyone needs to look after each other because we are ALL In It Together...
“We hope our music sends positive vibes to everyone affected by the situation, and see you on the road when normality is restored…”
