Massive Massive Wagons mural unveiled in Lancaster
A humungous Massive Wagons mural has been unveiled in their native city of Lancaster.
The three-storey painting of their ‘Full Nelson’ album cover adorns the side of The Pub in Lancaster where the band played many of their early shows.
Work began on the mural in the blistering heat yesterday morning and the band took to Twitter this afternoon to unveil the finished piece.
They wrote: “Humbling beyond belief to have this monster mural of the Full Nelson album cover on the walls of our great city of Lancaster!”

To celebrate the mural’s completion, Massive Wagons are playing an ultra-intimate gig inside The Pub this evening (Tuesday 3rd July).
Boasting the searing anthem ‘Under No Illusion’, the hilarious social media bashing tune ‘China Plates’ and the Rick Parfitt tribute track ‘Back To The Stack’, ‘Full Nelson’ lands via Massive Wagons’ new label home of Earache Records on Friday 10th August.
