Manics Announce Tiny Glasgow Show

The Welsh rockers to play help King Tuts celebrate its birthday

The Manic Street Preachers are to play at the iconic King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow to help the venue celebrate its 20th anniversary.

The venue, which was famously where Creation Records label boss Alan McGhee saw and signed up Oasis in 1993, has played host to a number of up and coming bands over the past two decades and remains one of the key live music venues in Glasgow.

The 300 capacity venue will see a number of big name acts perform there to help it celebrate its birthday in style.

The Manic Street Preachers will play an intimate show at the venue on 18 February.

Tickets for the Manics show go on sale on Wednesday at 9am.
