Motorhead frontman to appear in new Simpsons comic
Lemmy is to be immortalised in a new Simpsons comic series.
Blabbermouth reports that the Motörhead main man will feature in a new comic edition of The Simpsons’ long running Treehouse Of Horror series. He will apparently star in a story called "Homer Goes To Hell" in which Lemmy "takes Homer on a hard rockin' heavy metal trip to Hell! Together they face the dreaded darkside." Lemmy also contributed to the writing of the story.
In other Motörhead news, the band have announced that their new studio album will be titled The World Is Yours and that it will be released in January.
It will be the follow up to 2008’s Motorizer and the band will be hitting the road once again early in January for a world tour.
