Kyuss Lives! React To Josh Homme Lawsuit
The band say that they are "shocked and saddened" by former bandmate's actions
Kyuss singer John Garcia and drummer Brant Bjork have issued a statement in response to the news that their former guitarist Josh Homme (currently of Queens Of The Stone Age and Them Crooked Vultures) and their occasional bassist Scott Reeder have filed a lawuit which accused them of "trademark infringement, misrepresentation and false designation".
They said: "We are both shocked and saddened that our friend and one time band mate has chosen to file a lawsuit against us, especially after having positive discussions since our reformation. We look forward to resolving this private matter behind closed doors and moving forward with work on our new album and connecting with our amazing, loyal fans."
