Kings Of Leon Doc Gets DVD Release
The film is expanded for physical release in November
The film is a career spanning portrait of the band, from their formation more than a decade ago to the release of their most recent album.
Put together using a mixture of pro footage and home movies, the film also charts the southern upbringing of the brothers (and cousin) and their journey from bible-belt poverty to rock stardom.
The film made its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in April but it is to be released on DVD, Blu Ray and through iTunes on 1 November in the US along with 45 minutes of bonus footage, plus commentaries from the band and the filmmakers.
