Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band Announce UK Tour
The dates kick off on October 25 in Sheffield.
Five-time Grammy-nominated blues/rock guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd has announced a UK tour for later this year.
Shepherd will be touring in support of his latest album Goin' Home, which came out in May this year.
The album features songs originally recorded by some of Kennys influences, including B.B. King, Albert King, Bo Diddley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny "Guitar" Watson and Lee Dorsey. "The end result is a great recording that I believe pays homage to the spirit of the original music," said Shepherd when the record was released, "At the same time, it shows our appreciation for the musicians and genre that have inspired us to make music for decades."
