Never have we wanted a story to be true more than this one - the Metro reports that in a brand new interview with the Sunday Times, The Who's manager Bill Curbishley revealed that he had been approached by the organisers of the Olympics to see if Keith Moon "would be available" to play at one of the musical events this summer.

"I emailed back saying Keith now resides in Golders Green crematorium, having lived up to the Who's anthemic line 'I hope I die before I get old'," said Curbishley. "If they have a round table, some glasses and candles, we might contact him."
