Keith Hints At Stones Shows

The band are thinking about doing some classic album shows

Keith Richards has dropped a hint that the Stones may be about to hit the road once more.

In an interview with XFM the Rolling Stone revealed that the idea had been mooted that the band will play a series of "classic album” shows where they would play different albums in full each night.

"I have heard a rumour being passed around, but it's in the rumour area," Richards said. "I have heard the idea being mentioned in passing. Where there's smoke, there's fire, you know?

He added: "That idea has occurred a few years back, where tonight you do 'Let It Bleed'... it’s an idea that’s been around, but we haven't taken it by the horns yet.”

Richards was speaking ahead of the reissue of Exile On Main Street on Monday.

We have a brand new interview with Richards’ bandmate Charlie Watts on on Saturday at 6pm in which he talks about the making of the album.
