John Mellencamp Announces UK Dates & Planet Rock Presale

For the first time in 19 years, John Mellencamp is set to tour the Europe, and Planet Rock has a 24 hour presale on the two rare UK shows.

Touring in support of last year's excellent No Better Than This album, Mellencamp will play shows in London and Manchester in July.

1 July - Manchester Apollo
2 July - London HMV Hammersmith Apollo

The tour will feature both classic material as well as new music from No Better Than This. This tour is designed as a uniquely formatted "evening with," and brings Mellencamp's music to theatre-sized venues, a rare opportunity to experience one of America's most iconic songwriters and performers in an intimate setting.

On Thursday at 9am you will find a link on the Planet Rock homepage to buy your tickets early for the two shows.
