John Densmore To Publish Tell-All Book
Doors' drummer will document legal battles with the rest of the band.
"The Doors: Unhinged - Jim's Morrison's Legacy Goes On Trial" will be available April 17 through Amazon's CreativeSpace publishing platform.Â
The books covers the recent lawsuits which Densmore has found himself at the center of. They include legal disputes over the band's music being used commercially, their name being used on tour, and Densmore himself being branded a "communist, anarchist & al-Qaeda supporter".
Densmore, in conjunction with the parents of the late Jim Morrison, has consistently fought to stick to the band's original pledge: that their music would never be used in adverts or other commercial material.
