Aptly entitled Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Mediterranean II, the five-night cruise takes place from Friday 14th to Wednesday 19th August 2020.

The luxurious 93,500 tonne Norwegian Jade Cruise Ship will sail from Barcelona, Spain to Genoa, Italy and Cannes, France.

Joe Bonamassa has today confirmed the first four acts taking part in the 2020 voyage; Jonny Lang, Walter Trout, Ana Popovic and The James Hunter Six.

Alongside the plethora of live music across multiple stages, the event will also feature meet and greets with artists from the line-up, unique collaborative sets from blues legends, and special activities with Joe Bonamassa and other artists.

Those wishing to attend can sign up for a pre-sale at the official Keeping the Blues Alive  website, bluesaliveatseaeurope.com.

Artists who performed alongside Joe Bonamassa at the first sold-out Mediterranean cruise this summer included Peter Frampton, Bernie Marsden, Joanne Shaw Taylor, Eric Gales, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Robert Randolph & The Family Band and Vintage Trouble.

Meanwhile, Joe Bonamassa releases his new live album ‘Joe Bonamassa: Live At The Sydney Opera House’ on Friday 25th October on CD and vinyl formats.
