Joanne Shaw Taylor to support Joe Bonamassa at British Blues Explosion concerts
Joanne Shaw Taylor has been confirmed as special guest for three of Joe Bonamassa's upcoming UK dates.
The British blues guitarist and singer-songwriter will join Bonamassa at Hoghton Tower, London Greenwich Music Time Festival and Newark Castle.
Billed as "Joe Bonamassa In Concert: A Salute To The British Blues Explosion", the concerts will see Joe paying homage to the British blues guitarists who have inspired him, including Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page.
“If it wasn't for certain British musicians of the early 1960s, the Blues may well never have exploded into Rock music as we know it today, and indeed may have passed into history,” said Bonamassa.
