Izzy Stradlin didn’t rejoin Guns N' Roses as they 'didn't want to split the loot equally'
Izzy Stradlin has rubbished Axl Rose’s explanation about why he isn’t involved in the ‘classic’ Guns N’ Roses reunion.
In a rarer than hens’ teeth interview with Brazilian television station Globo TV, which was screened earlier this week, Axl seemingly pinned the blame on Izzy for not being part of the Not In This Lifetime tour.
“I don't really know what to say about Izzy,” Axl said. “It's, like, you could have a conversation and think it's one way and the next day it's another way. And I'm not trying to take any shots at Izzy. It's just his thing is kind of his thing, whatever that is."
Shutting down Axl on Twitter, Izzy wrote: "Bull****. They didn't want to split the loot equally. Simple as that. Moving right along..."

Izzy, who co-founded Guns N’ Roses back in 1985, is the only member of the classic line-up to have not featured on the reunion tour.
Ex-Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler joined Axl, Slash and Duff McKagan on stage at two US shows in July in Cincinnati and Nashville.
Adler performed two tracks – ‘My Michelle’ and ‘Out Ta Get Me’ – at the shows.
Axl Rose is currently in the midst of the North American leg of the Rock or Bust World Tour with AC/DC.
