Iron Maiden to reissue 12 albums spanning 1990-2012 on heavyweight black vinyl

Three years after they re-released the band's first eight studio albums spanning the 1980s, Parlophone Records have announced their next set of Iron Maiden vinyl reissues.

Published 24th Mar 2017

Twelve brand new pressings of albums ranging from 1990’s ‘No Prayer for the Dying’ right up to 2012 live album ‘En Vivo’ will all be released chronologically in heavyweight 180g black vinyl in three stages this May, June and July.

Differing from the 2014 reissues of Maiden’s first eight records that were cut from the original analogue master tapes, the audio on these records comes from the high-resolution remasters of 2015 when Maiden’s catalogue was digitally upgraded.

Consisting of eight studio albums and four live records, each reissue will also be packaged in matching artwork to the original vinyl releases.

The release schedule is as follows:

Friday 19th May
No Prayer for the Dying / Fear of the Dark / The X Factor / Virtual XI

Friday 23rd June
Brave New World / Rock In Rio (Live) / Dance Of Death / A Matter Of Life And Death

Friday 21st July
Death On The Road (Live) / Flight 666 (Live) / The Final Frontier / En Vivo! (Live)

The first two records in May (No Prayer For The Dying / Fear Of The Dark) will come complete with an strictly limited-edition exclusive Collector’s Box that will house all 12 vinyl albums with an extra space to house 2015’s The Book of Souls’ – this album does not feature in this re-release.

You can pre-order the first set of releases from Amazon.
