Influential Stoner Rock Band Kyuss Reunite

Three UK Dates for three quarters of Josh Homme\'s former band

Kyuss – the stoner rock band in which Queens Of The Stone Age mainman Josh Homme started his career – are to reunite under the name Kyuss Lives for a handful of UK dates next year.

While Josh Homme won’t be part of the new line-up, three quarters of the band’s first album line-up will take part in the tour. Singer John Garcia, bassist Nick Oliveri and drummer Brant Bjork have recruited Bruno Fevery on guitar to replace Homme and they will play in Nottingham, Wolverhampton, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol and London next spring.

The band split in 1995 following the release of their ...And The Circus Leaves Town album. Homme went on to form Queens Of The Stone Age the following year.
