Iggy & The Stooges Ready New Live Release
The album was recorded last September
Raw Power Live: In the Hands of the Fans, a new live album to be released on 5Â Apri, is the vinyl document of the reformed Stooges' (Iggy Pop, Scott Asheton, James Williamson, Steve Mackay, Mike Watt) Raw Power performance at the All Tomorrow's Parties Festival on Friday, 3 September 2010.
The album features all eight songs from their classic Raw Power performance.
The record will preceed a forthcoming documentary / live film that was filmed by six fans through 'In The Hands Of The Fans', a new venture by MVD that will see the fans given a chance to film and interview their heroes, hopefully resulting in a unique blend of live film and reality documentary.
