Hawkfest Returns!
How do you fancy three days of space rock in the great outdoors?
Hawkwind’s Hawkfest returns in July after a year’s absence.
The band have announced that the bash will take place on 27-29 August at an as yet unconfirmed location (the band will keep that one close to their chests until closer to the time).
The fifth Hawkfest follows festivals in 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2008 and in 2010 the band will celebrate the 40th anniversary of their first tour and their first album.
Once again tickets will be limited and will only be available to Hawkwind passport holders.
In the meantime the band play UK shows in Cardiff, Leeds and an all-dayer in Leamington Spa.
