GUN complete Stonedead Festival 2020 line-up
Scottish rockers GUN are the final act to be confirmed for Stonedead Festival 2020.
The band are special guests on the Stonedead 2020 Tommy Vance stage and complete a sumptuous line-up that boasts headliners Black Star Riders plus Tyketto, Kris Barras Band, Terrorvision, Blaze Bayley (a UK summer exclusive of his Iron Maiden years show), Tygers of Pan Tang, Myke Gray featuring Kim Jennett and Dead Man's Whiskey.
This evening’s Stonedead announcement caps off a superb 2019 for GUN, which has seen them unleash their 30th anniversary best-of album ‘R3L0ADED’ and hit the road with FM and Dan Reed Network on the Big 3-0 Tour.
Commenting on Stonedead, GUN guitarist Jools Gizzi says: “We’ve heard so much how good Stonedead Festival is. The fact that we’re playing along with other great bands is very exciting. We can’t wait to play this festival. See you there!”
Previously known as Stonedeaf Festival, the one day, one stage event returns to Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire on Saturday 29th August 2020.
As if the excellent Stonedead line-up wasn’t enough to tempt you, Krusher Joule will host once again and the free signing tent brought to you in conjunction with yours truly, Planet Rock, will also be returning.
The event will have a dedicated covered wellbeing area with seating and sun cream, and organisers allow alcohol to be brought into the arena - four cans of ready mixed spirits or beer / cider.
New for 2020 is that all children under 4 are free entry.
