Graham Bonnet Band, These Wicked Rivers and Kira Mac have been added to the Steelhouse Festival 2022 line-up.
Heading up on the mountain on Saturday 30th July 2022, Graham Bonnet Band will perform classic songs from Rainbow’s 1979 album ‘Down to Earth’ including 'Since You've Been Gone', 'All Night Long' and 'Eyes Of The World'.
Alongside seminal songs from the only Rainbow album Bonnet performed on, the rock icon will also be playing a selection of his own career defining tracks.
Graham Bonnet says: “I am very excited to be back in the UK this summer and to be playing Steelhouse, a festival of which I've heard so much about! We will be playing all of the 'Down To Earth' classics with everything else you want to hear...So join us on top of The Mountain!”
Also confirmed for Steelhouse Festival 2022 are Derby hard rockers These Wicked Rivers, who play on the Sunday, and the fast-ascending Kira Mac on the Friday.
Steelhouse promoters, Max and Mikey, said: “It's fantastic to make an announcement that mixes both the classic and the very contemporary. Graham Bonnet is one of 'the' major rock voices. The songs he sang whilst fronting Rainbow are cornerstone rock anthems. His career thereafter is equally storied and you'll be hearing it all on The Mountain.
“Meanwhile These Wicked Rivers represent the very best of what's great about the UK rock scene currently whilst Kira Mac made such an impact on us, we had to create an extra slot on the bill to accommodate them! Yes, they made our opening day a 7-band bill...They're that exciting!"
The trio of new line-up addition join a blockbuster Steelhouse Festival 2022 line-up that already boasts Ace Frehley, Michael Schenker Group, Orange Goblin, Inglorious, H.E.A.T, Myke Gray, Diamond Head, Black Spiders, Green Lung, Cardinal Black, The Dust Coda, Scarlet Rebels, King Herd, The Hot Damn!, Anchor Lane, Ashen Reach, Valhalla Awaits and Mother Vulture.
Taking place at Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm in Ebbw Vale, Wales from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st July 2022, tickets to Steelhouse Festival are on sale now RIGHT HERE.
