Plus another minor riot breaks out at a gig in Argentina
Guns N Roses are being tipped to headline this year’s Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Gigwise reports that Axl Rose and co are due to play at the festivals, which take place on the weekend of 27-29 August alongside other rumoured headliners Blink 182 and Arcade Fire (you probably won’t see a more unusual mix of headliners this year).
Suffice to say that these are just rumours at the moment, but the official festival line-up announcement takes place on Monday 29 March.
Meanwhile, GNR’s troubled South American tour continued on Monday night in Argentina when 12 fans were arrested after trying to force their way into the venue.
Jam! Showbiz reports that "members of the crowd started throwing bottles, while cops used gas and rubber bullets to disperse the revellers."
