Published 13th May 2011

A select group of Glenn Hughes fans descended upon the Idea Generation Gallery in Shoreditch, London last night to see Glenn Hughes launch his autobiography in style.

As well as playing an excellent solo acoustic five song set, with songs drawn from across his career and played in chronological order, Glenn spent time meeting fans that had come out to see him.

Here's the set:

Coast To Coast
Holy Man
I Found A Woman
Too Late To Save The World
Cold

The event was held to celebrate the release of the super limited edition luxury versions of Deep Purple & Beyond: Scenes from the Life of a Rock Star, which has been written by Glenn and Joel McIver.

The book is released as a Signature Edition, which features a hand signed and numbered limited edition book, a custom slipcase and an exclusive 10" vinyl of new recordings pressed on high quality black vinyl. It is also released as an even more beautiful Deluxe Edition which is housed in a stunning hand made solander box and comes with an individually hand written letter from Glenn Hughes to the purchaser.
