Gabriel Remixing POV?
The former Genesis man reveals that he's working on a new version of Live In Athens 1987
In a new post on his Facebook page Gabriel revealed:
"Remixing PG live in Athens in HD and 5.1 from 87 .. We got reverb and we gonna use it.”
If POV IS the film that he's referring to then fans will be delighted. The original POV has only ever been released officially on VHS and fans have long hoped for a remastered version on DVD. The film featured a performance from Athens mixed with Gabriel's own home movie footage and it was executive produced by Martin Scorsese.
The remixed version will probably have something to do with brand new remastered and expanded version of So, which is hopefully due for release at some point later this year.
