Freddie Mercury Photo Book Announced
The book will coincide with the forthcoming documentary
The book, Freddie Mercury: The Great Pretender - A Life In Pictures, is published on 3 September.
The hardcover release will contain pictures from across Freddie's life, from his childhood in Zanzibar to performing in the world's biggest stadiums. There will be on and off stage pictures and unreleased snapshots of the frontman's life.
Also included in the book is an hour-long CD recorded in the ’80s where Freddie gave an in-depth interview with ‘Off the Record’ radio host Mary Turner about his life, his background and what it was like being in one of the world’s biggest bands.
The book is released in conjunction with a new film, also called The Great Pretender, which is to be released on DVD later that same month.
