Foo Fighters Play Fan's Garage

The band's new album 'Wasting Light' has debuted at number one on the Billboard chart with sales of over 235,000 in its first week of release.

Foo Fighters have previously had five albums in the US top-ten, with 2007's 'Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace', reaching number three.

Meanwhile, as part of a publicity stunt that will see the band play in the garages of eight fans (Wasting Light was recorded entirely in Dave Grohl's garage) the band played their first show to a handful of fans in a garage in Yonkers, NY last week
